These terms explain how RallyCall works, what users can expect from us, and what we expect from users.
By creating an account, accessing RallyCall, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use RallyCall.
1. What RallyCall is
RallyCall is a platform for adult tennis players to find, organise and join local tennis games.
RallyCall helps users:
- discover local tennis games;
- post their own tennis games;
- join games posted by other users;
- join local tennis groups;
- view court information;
- receive useful reminders;
- receive email or app notifications;
- request small time changes;
- view weather information;
- verify their identity;
- rate players after games;
- report safety or behaviour concerns.
RallyCall is a coordination platform. We are not a tennis club, coach, court operator, venue owner, venue manager, event organiser, medical provider, safeguarding authority, or emergency service.
2. Who can use RallyCall
RallyCall is for adults only.
You must be 18 or over to create an account or use the service.
By using RallyCall, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are using RallyCall for yourself;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are legally able to agree to these terms;
- you are fit enough to take part in tennis activity;
- you will use RallyCall only for genuine tennis-related purposes.
We may ask you to prove your age or identity at any time.
If we believe you are under 18, using someone else's identity, using false information, or creating a safety risk, we may suspend or close your account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account.
You must keep your login details secure and must not allow anyone else to use your account.
You must not:
- share your login details;
- use another person's account;
- pretend to be someone else;
- create fake accounts;
- create more than one account without our permission;
- create a new account after being suspended or banned;
- use RallyCall in a dishonest, unsafe or misleading way.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must contact us as soon as possible.
4. Identity verification
RallyCall uses identity verification to help make the platform safer.
You must complete identity verification before joining or hosting a game, unless RallyCall has expressly allowed otherwise.
Identity verification may involve:
- providing a passport or driving licence;
- completing a selfie or liveness check;
- confirming that the person using the account matches the identity document;
- receiving a verification result from our verification provider.
RallyCall uses a third-party identity verification provider, currently Didit, to support this process.
Other users will not see your passport, driving licence, document number, selfie, biometric data, or raw verification result.
Other users may see a simple badge or label such as Verified ID.
A Verified ID badge means that the user has completed RallyCall's identity verification process. It does not mean that RallyCall guarantees the user's behaviour, reliability, tennis ability, safety, fitness, intentions, or suitability to meet.
We may refuse, remove, repeat, pause or require additional verification where we reasonably consider it necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, misuse prevention, account recovery, legal compliance, or protection of the RallyCall community.
5. Posting and joining games
Users can post tennis games and request to join games posted by others.
When you post a game, you are responsible for making sure the details are accurate.
This includes:
- court;
- date;
- time;
- game type;
- expected standard;
- whether the game is casual or competitive;
- whether the game is singles or doubles;
- any court booking requirement;
- any venue cost or court fee;
- any other relevant information players should know.
When you request to join a game, the host can accept or reject your request.
Unless RallyCall clearly states otherwise, RallyCall does not book courts on behalf of users. Users are responsible for checking court availability, arranging bookings, paying any venue fees, and complying with venue rules.
6. Court bookings and venue rules
RallyCall may display court names, court locations, maps, or court-related information.
Court information is provided to help users organise tennis games. It is not a guarantee that a court is available, open, suitable, safe, correctly listed, or free to use.
You are responsible for:
- checking whether a court is available;
- booking the court where required;
- paying any relevant venue or court fees;
- following venue rules;
- respecting venue staff;
- respecting other players and members of the public;
- leaving the court and surrounding area in good condition.
RallyCall is not responsible for court availability, court closures, double bookings, poor court conditions, venue decisions, venue fees, venue rules, or venue disputes.
7. Weather information
RallyCall may display weather information for games.
Weather information is provided as a helpful planning tool only. Weather information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from the actual conditions at the court.
You are responsible for checking real-world conditions before travelling or playing.
You must not rely only on RallyCall weather information when deciding whether it is safe or appropriate to play.
8. Reminders and notifications
RallyCall may send reminders, email alerts, app notifications, or other messages connected to your use of the service.
These may include notifications about:
- new games;
- game requests;
- accepted requests;
- cancellations;
- flexibility requests;
- court-booking reminders;
- ratings;
- reports;
- account or safety updates.
Notifications are helpful prompts only.
RallyCall is not responsible if a notification is delayed, blocked, filtered, undelivered, missed, duplicated, or incorrect.
You remain responsible for managing your own calendar, attendance, court bookings and communications.
9. Ratings
RallyCall may allow users to rate other players after games.
Ratings must be honest, fair and based on genuine experience.
You must not:
- submit fake ratings;
- manipulate ratings;
- pressure someone to give a rating;
- use ratings to bully or harass;
- submit ratings based on discrimination;
- use ratings to punish someone unfairly;
- create accounts to affect ratings.
Ratings are user opinions. They are not statements of fact by RallyCall.
We may remove, hide, adjust or investigate ratings where we believe the ratings system has been misused or where doing so is necessary to protect users or the platform.
10. Reports and safety concerns
RallyCall may provide reporting tools so users can raise safety, conduct, attendance or behaviour concerns.
Reports must be honest and made in good faith.
You must not submit false, malicious, exaggerated or abusive reports.
We may review reports and take action where we consider it appropriate. Action may include warnings, restrictions, verification checks, suspension, account closure, or contacting relevant authorities.
We are not required to share the outcome of a report with the person who submitted it.
11. Behaviour rules
You must use RallyCall respectfully, safely and lawfully.
You must not:
- harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate anyone;

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, close accounts, preserve evidence, or contact relevant authorities where we consider it necessary.
12. Personal safety and responsibility
Tennis is a physical activity. It carries risks.
These risks may include injury, illness, accidents, property damage, travel issues, weather issues, court-related hazards, and disputes with other players.
You are responsible for deciding whether:
- you are fit to play;
- a game is suitable for your ability;
- the court is safe;
- the weather is suitable;
- you feel comfortable attending;
- you should leave a game or not attend;
- you need medical advice before playing.
RallyCall helps users organise tennis games. RallyCall does not supervise games, control venues, control users in person, provide medical advice, or guarantee that games will be safe.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. When we can restrict, suspend or close an account
We may restrict, suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that:
- you have broken these terms;
- you are under 18;
- you have provided false information;
- your identity cannot be verified;
- you have misused the service;
- you have behaved unsafely;
- you have misused ratings or reports;
- you have created a risk to another user;
- you have created a risk to RallyCall or CLYQAN LTD;
- your account appears compromised;
- your account has been used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity;
- we are required to do so by law.
We may act without advance notice where we consider it necessary for safety, security, legal, operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
14. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but RallyCall may not always be available.
RallyCall may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, changed, restricted or discontinued.
We may change any part of the service at any time, including features, local groups, courts, verification requirements, rating systems, reporting tools, notifications, design, eligibility rules, and access rules.
We are not responsible for losses caused by the service being unavailable, delayed, changed or discontinued, except where the law says otherwise.
15. Our content, brand and software
The RallyCall name, logo, design, text, images, software, code, layout, branding and other materials belong to CLYQAN LTD or our licensors.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, modify, reuse, reverse-engineer or distribute any part of RallyCall without our written permission, except where the law allows it.
16. User content
You may post or provide content through RallyCall. This may include profile information, profile photos, game details, availability information, messages, ratings, reports and support requests.
You are responsible for the content you provide.
You must only provide content that is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to share.
You keep ownership of your content, but you give CLYQAN LTD permission to use it for the purpose of operating, providing, displaying, moderating, improving and protecting RallyCall.
This permission includes the right to show your profile where needed, show your game posts to relevant users, process ratings and reports, investigate safety concerns, moderate content, improve the service and keep records where needed for safety, legal or operational reasons.
17. Losses and responsibility
RallyCall is responsible for losses caused by us where the law says we are responsible.
RallyCall is not responsible for users failing to attend, users arriving late, users behaving badly, users providing inaccurate information, court availability, court quality, court safety, court closures, weather, venue fees, booking fees, travel costs, lost or damaged equipment, personal disagreements, missed notifications, cancelled games, inaccurate weather information, ratings submitted by users, reports submitted by users, or losses caused by your breach of these terms.
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow us to do so.
18. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights you have as a consumer.
If a term is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will continue to apply.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RallyCall develops.
If we make important changes, we will take reasonable steps to tell you by email, in-app message, website notice, or another suitable method.
If you continue using RallyCall after the updated terms apply, you accept the updated terms.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else in the UK.
